INFORMATION ON EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/b><\/h2>

Right of withdrawal:<\/b><\/h3>

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item.<\/span><\/p>

The returned product should be in an undamaged condition. In case of damage or excessive wear, the seller may reduce the amount of the return accordingly.<\/span><\/p>

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or expressly personalized products that were made to your specifications.<\/span><\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail to the address: office@animille.com<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/span><\/p>

Effects of withdrawal:<\/b><\/h3>

In the event of cancellation of this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you (except for the additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the product return parcel. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.<\/span><\/p>

We may withhold reimbursement until you receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.<\/span>
<\/span>Please send back or hand over the item to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the thing back before the expiration of the 14-day period.<\/span><\/p>

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/span><\/p>

Complaints<\/b><\/h2>

In the event that the goods do not conform to the contract, the customer may request a complaint in the form of:<\/span>
<\/span>1. bring the goods into conformity with the contract by repairing them free of charge,<\/span>
<\/span>2. replacement with a new one,<\/span>
<\/span>3. an appropriate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (refund of money and Goods) in case repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs.<\/span><\/p>

IMPORTANT: The customer loses the possibility to complain about the goods if he does not notify the Seller before the expiry of 2 months from the discovery of non-conformity of the goods with the contract.<\/span><\/p>

By this time, you must notify the Seller by e-mail of your intention to claim the goods by completing, signing and sending a scan of the goods claim form to the following address office@animille.com<\/a><\/span><\/p>

The cost of returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Consumer.<\/span><\/p>

The method of packaging and transportation of returned goods should correspond to the characteristics of the item. The product should be properly packed and secured (please wrap the box in paper and only then stick it together with tape). Goods damaged during transport due to improper protection of the shipment by the customer are not subject to return\/exchange.<\/span><\/p>

The seller within 14 days, from the date of receipt of the package with the claimed goods, will consider the complaint of the goods.<\/span><\/p>

Transaction refunds are made by bank transfer to the account number provided in the goods return form.<\/span><\/p>

IMPORTANT: The seller does not accept cash-on-delivery packages and packages sent by parcel machine.<\/span><\/p>
